The doctors themselves, once you get to them, are pretty good - with a couple of exceptions. Where this surgery falls down MASSIVELY is in the appointment-making department. Whenever I need an appointment (usually for one of my children) I dutifully make the call at precisely 8.30am - and then generally hear the engaged tone for about 15 attempts at calling, followed by finally 'getting through' which involves sitting listening to a recorded message for up to 20 minutes. In fact it can take more than 20 minutes but my patience doesn't last that long. Then once you get through to a human being, they cheerlessly tell you that there are no appointments available that day and no, you can't make one for the next day either. Once I inform them that it's for a child - lo and behold, an appointment appears out of the woodwork, but if it's for me: tough luck. I find this surgery incredibly frustrating and am only still there after 6 years because I'm too cynical to imagine that any of the others in Epsom will prove to be much better.

can never get an appointment, the receptionist is always very rude!! can take more than 2 week to get an appoinment, then when i do get one its usually up to an hour wait!!!!!

It would be good if they answered the phone. I have called up to five times a day, to speak to someone. After 25 minutes I gave up. This means I have to go to the surgery to ask ONE question. The doctors are very good - if you can get an appointment - which is impossible.

Very good practise, the only slight problem is booking appointments via the phone. If you want a specific Dr you usually find that all appointments have been taken and they are book on the day only.

Very hard to ever get through on the phone. Today between 9am and 11:30am I have tried 10 times to try and make an appointment, each time just left on hold, no answer whatsoever
